1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Poonam Kapur Kitchen website and your purchase of meal plans and à la carte food items delivered within Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
2. Orders and Cut-off Times
Breakfast orders close at 9:00 PM on the previous day, lunch orders at 9:00 AM, and dinner orders at 4:00 PM on the day of delivery. Orders placed after the cut-off are scheduled for the next available slot.
3. Pricing and Taxes
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices may change without prior notice, but the price confirmed at checkout applies to your order.
4. Food Safety
Our kitchen operates under FSSAI licence. Meals are freshly cooked and intended for consumption within four hours of delivery unless refrigerated.
5. Allergens
Our kitchen handles dairy, nuts, gluten and seafood. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. Please inform us of allergies before ordering.
6. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the value of that order.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Mumbai.
